Website information
This website gives general information about SMASN LIMITED, its services and platforms. Availability, scope, timing and commercial terms are confirmed only in a written agreement.
Advice and intellectual property
Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, medical or regulatory advice. Regulated work requires appropriate review. SMASN names, visual identity, copy and original assets are protected; third-party marks remain with their owners.
Acceptable use and liability
Do not disrupt, overload, unlawfully scrape, upload malicious files or attempt unauthorised access. We take reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.
Software engineering role
SMASN provides software engineering, applied R&D and technical consulting. Any regulated operation remains with the client or an appropriately authorised provider. SMASN does not provide custody, exchange or trading services or investment advice, and does not hold client funds.
Billing
Project-based software engineering, development and consulting work is billed according to the applicable written agreement, including completed or agreed milestones where relevant. SaaS products may be billed on the applicable monthly or annual subscription cycle. SMASN receives payment only for products and services supplied by SMASN and does not receive, aggregate or hold third-party customer funds on behalf of clients, merchants or other businesses. Software-development and consulting project fees are invoiced under the applicable written agreement, including agreed milestones where relevant, and are payable by bank transfer to the SMASN LIMITED account specified on the invoice. The SMASN corporate website does not accept or process online checkout payments.
Payment integrations
SMASN is not a payment facilitator or payment aggregator. Where software developed or configured by SMASN includes online payment functionality, the payment service is supplied by an independent appropriately authorised payment provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise under a lawful separate arrangement, customer funds settle directly to the relevant client's or merchant's own account with that provider.
Corporate website payments
The SMASN corporate website is currently used for company information, service enquiries and project discussions. It does not currently process customer checkout payments. Where SMASN launches paid SaaS products or other eligible services, payment methods and billing terms will be presented separately for the relevant product or contract.
Availability and commercial terms
Prices, subscription periods, project scope, payment schedules and service availability are confirmed through the applicable product page, quotation, order or written agreement. Nothing on this corporate website creates an obligation to provide a service until the applicable commercial arrangement has been accepted.
Project enquiry
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or payment obligation.
Terms of Use
Irish law applies to these website Terms, subject to mandatory rights and any separately agreed contract.
Infrastructure and hosting boundary
SMASN provides engineering and consulting only. Infrastructure is provisioned on the client's own accounts with the client's chosen provider. We do not resell hosting, file storage or cloud subscriptions.
